We welcome you once again to this Web Site. Obviously, you belong to these people that are interested in getting voluntarily involved into the rehabilitation of torture survivors.
We can suggest you some ways to do so. You will decide whether these are suitable for you, or you can propose something different.
- If you are a doctor or any kind of clinician, you could examine people with health problems which concern your speciality.
- If you have some free time and want to provide practical help, you could accompany some people to Institutions, Hospitals, etc., or help by organising some informational campaigns.
- If you do not have any free time, but you can help by offering some goods of first necessity, or by finding ways for their supply, you could probably get engaged in this activity.
- If you have connection with a Pharmaceutical Company and you could provide us with some medicines, it would be very valuable.
- If you speak Arabic, Kurdish or Turkish you could be the translator during an interview.
- You could put a needy family under your protection.
- If the above proposals are not suitable for you, you could express your support to the aims of MRCT and to protest against the practice of torture all over the world, through e-mail.
- Finally, if you are not quite sure that you could help in any of the above mentioned ways, and you do not have any suggestions, you could help us by sending a cheque to the bank account No 098/296002-88 - National Bank of Greece. You will be kept informed on the use of this money.
